ever confronts. An employee wants to change
his or her gender in your workplace. Now, what in
the world do you do?
The Gender Education Center specializes in gender identity issues in the workplace.
Over the last 16 years we have worked successfully with dozens of
companies around issues of gender identity & expression and
have helped many organizations with employee transitions and updating their diversity policies
to be inclusive and consistent with the Minnesota Human Rights Act.
We have the experience, know how and track record
to ensure that your workplace remains respectful and
tolerant of differences in gender identity.
